We build the system that books the calls
Software, automation, and paid traffic run by one engineering team, so the handover between them stops losing enquiries.
We reply within one business hour
§ 01 / 07What we do
Four groups, one team
Most companies buy these from four vendors and spend their own time on the seams between them. We are paid to own the seams.
§ 02 / 07Diagnosis
The leak is rarely where you are looking
Most businesses that ask us for more traffic already have enough. What they have is a gap between the click and the call, and the gap is invisible because each tool reports its own half.
- The ad platform says
- Cost per click is down and conversions are up
It counts a form view as a conversion.
- The inbox says
- Enquiries arrived and someone replied
Hours later, and only to the ones that landed in that inbox.
- The sales team says
- The leads were poor
The ones they saw were. Nobody saw the rest.
- The bank says
- Revenue is flat
This is the only number that is not in dispute.
- 1Missed callsNobody picked up, no callback ever happened
- 2Slow first replyAnswered after the prospect chose someone else
- 3Unowned channelArrived somewhere nobody checks
- 4No follow-upOne contact, then silence
We look at all four before proposing anything. Three of them cost nothing to fix.
§ 03 / 07What we commit to
Numbers we are held to, not ones we advertise
These are commitments about how we work. Results depend on your market, and anyone quoting those before discovery is guessing.
§ 04 / 07How it runs
Every stage ends with something you can check
Not a status update. A document, a working page, or a system your team is already using. If a stage cannot end that way, it is scoped wrong.
- 01
Build plan · 30 minutes
Your analytics open on the call. We name the first fix and write down the order of work.
- 02
Discovery · 3 working days
Fixed price. We read the real data and write what the system has to do. You keep the document either way.
- 03
First release · 4 to 6 weeks
The narrowest version that removes the most manual work, in use rather than in staging.
- 04
Handover · 1 week
Your team publishes a page while we watch. We stay on call, not on the payroll.
§ 05 / 07Where we work
Four industries we know the details of
§ 06 / 07Pricing
Prices are on the site, not behind a form
Every service below lists a starting figure and what moves it. If a number depends on scope, we show the band and name the factors.
- Software development
- $18,000
Scope, number of integrations, and whether data has to be migrated.
- Mobile apps
- $32,000
Number of screens, offline requirements, and payment or booking integrations.
- AI and automation
- $9,000
Number of tasks, how many systems the agent has to reach into, and call volume.
- CRM and integrations
- $7,500
Number of channels, how many systems connect, and whether history has to be migrated.
- Web and ecommerce
- $12,000
Number of page types, whether ecommerce is included, and how much content we write.
§ 01 / 01Questions
Asked on almost every call
What does the free build plan actually include?
Thirty minutes on a call, your analytics open on the screen. We map where enquiries come from and where they stall, name the first fix, and give you the order of work in writing. You keep the document whether or not you hire us.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The repository sits on your account from the first commit and the accounts stay in your name. Nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
How do you price work?
Discovery is a fixed price. Build work is quoted as a band with the factors that move it listed openly on the pricing page. We do not quote a system we have not looked at.
Can our team run the site after handover?
That is the requirement we build to. Text, prices, images, and page structure are edited from an admin panel in plain language, with a written guide inside the panel itself.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business hour. If we cannot start for weeks, we say that in the first reply rather than after a discovery call.
Thirty minutes, no slide deck
You leave with a written order of work whether or not we run it for you.
Free, 30 minutes, no slide deck.
